The Planning Commission of Covington Township has cancelled the December monthly meeting scheduled for Wednesday, December 21, 2022.

The Board of Supervisors will hold its reorganization meeting on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at the Municipal Office, 20 Moffat Drive, Covington Township, PA 18444 at 7:00 p.m. The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Supervisors will be held on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at the Municipal Office, 20 Moffat Drive, Covington Township, PA 18444 at 7:00 p.m.

The work session originally scheduled for Tuesday, December 27, 2022 has been cancelled.

The telephones for the Township office and the Zoning office are working once again.

Please be advised that the phones are down at the Township office and the zoning office. If you need to reach someone in either of these offices, please call 570-840-6959. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working on fixing this problem as soon as possible.

The Covington Township Municipal Office will be closed on Thursday, November 24, 2022 to observe the Thanksgiving holiday. The office will also be closed from Friday, November 25, 2022 thru Tuesday, November 29, 2022 (the monthly work session will be held). The office will reopen on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 8 am and close at 1pm. The office will resume normal office hours on Thursday, December 1, 2022.
