Special Meeting, Tuesday, June 14, 2022
The supervisors are holding a special meeting on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Office, 20 Moffat Drive, Covington Township, PA 18444. This meeting is being held to address the bids for Langan Road. This meeting is open to the public.
The board of supervisors are considering an application for conditional use requested by Seidita Realty, LLC., regarding property located at 422 Dorantown Rd., Covington Twp. (tax map # 21202-020-031). Seidita Realty, LLC. is seeking to change from a single family dwelling to a two family dwelling. The application is available for viewing in the township office. All interested parties are invited to attend.
Road Closing on Saturday, June 11, 2022. Due to an event at Covington Park, Sanko Road will be closing at 3:30 p.m. until the end of the event, from Covington Park to Winship Road.

Spring Clean-Up Reminder
Don’t forget. Spring clean-up is this Friday and Saturday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. No permit is need but you are required to bring your license showing your Covington Township address. THE FOLLOW ITEMS WILL NOT BE TAKEN FOR CLEAN-UP:
Hazardous waste, gasoline, kerosene, paint, paint cans, oil, oil containers, combustible fuels, building materials & household garbage. Please remember to enter the Clean-up area from Dorantown Road (located behind the Covington Fire Department) and exit
via Route 502. With the exception of tires, the clean-up is free of charge. ALL tires must be removed from their rims. Fees for tires are:
$3.00 per car tire
$6.00 per light truck tire
