The Board of Auditors will be holding a meeting on Monday evening, July 7, 2025 at 5:00 pm at the Municipal office, 20 Moffat Drive, Covington Township, PA 18444. The agenda for this meeting can be found below:

The Municipal office will be closing at 1:00 pm today, July 3, 2025 and will remain closed tomorrow, July 4, 2025 in observance of the Fourth of July holiday. The office will re-open for normal business hours on Monday, July 7, 2025 at 8:00 am. Please have a Safe Fourth of July Holiday 🎇

The Board of Supervisors will consider the adoption of Ordinance #2025-02 ~ An Ordinance Prohibiting the Placement of Building or Landscaping Materials in Any Roadway of Covington Township, during the monthly meeting of the Board of Supervisors which will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at 7:00pm at the Municipal Office, 20 Moffat Drive, Covington Township, PA 18444. A copy of the ordinance is available below. All interested parties are invited to attend.

The Board of Supervisors will consider the adoption of Ordinance #2025-01 ~ An Ordinance Establishing Supervisor Compensation during the monthly meeting of Board of Supervisors which will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at 7:00pm at the Municipal Office, 20 Moffat Drive, Covington Township, PA 18444. A vote on the ordinance may be taken during this meeting. A copy of the ordinance can be found below for review. All interested parties are invited to attend.

The NP Planning Association Committee will be meeting tomorrow evening, Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 7:00pm at the Moscow Borough Building, 123 VanBrunt Street, Moscow, PA 18444. This meeting is open to the public. The agenda for this meeting can be found below:

The municipal offices will be closed on Friday, May 23rd and Monday, May 26th in observance of Memorial Day weekend. The office will re-open on Tuesday, May 27th at 8:00am. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

A special thank you goes out to Josh Zielinski for choosing the Moffat Park for his Eagle Scout Project. Over this past weekend, Josh spread new mulch at the Moffat Park and as part of his Eagle Scout Project, Josh will refurbish the current picnic tables at the park to allow for a fresh new look for the Moffat Park. The Board of Supervisors would like to thank Josh and his helpers for a job well done!
