Public Hearing Ordinance #2024-03

The Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to consider adopting Ordinance #2024-03, an Ordinance amending Ordinance #2023-05 (which adopted the 2021 Edition of the International Property Maintenance Code) to provide for civil penalties or summary fines for enforcement proceedings for violations of the code and adopt the boarding standards of appendix A of the Code. The public hearing will be held at the Municipal office, 20 Moffat Drive, Covington Township, PA 18444 at 6:30pm on Tuesday, October 29, 2024.
