Public Hearing Agendas

The Board of Supervisors will be holding (2) separate public hearings tomorrow evening, August 6, 2024 beginning at 6:00pm for the consideration of adopting ordinances #2024-01 (An Ordinance to Repeal Ordinance No. 2005-01, originally Ordinance No. 2003-06, an ordinance imposing a tax on admissions to amusements; establishing the rates of taxation and requiring payment of tax due; requiring permit, fee, and application; establishing the expiration date thereof; establishing the duties of the designated tax collector; requiring a confidential return; and prescribing penalties for violations) and #2024-02 (An Ordinance Approving the Intergovernmental Cooperative Agreement for the North Pocono Planning Association). Both hearings will be held at the Municipal office, 20 Moffat Drive, Covington Township, PA 18444.
