Public Notice of Hearings & Final Audit Meeting

The Covington Township Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 22, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. at the Covington Township Municipal Building, Moffat Estate, 20 Moffat Drive, Covington Twp, PA 18444 to consider a proposed zone change requested by North Point Development, LLC.  The changes are on property identified at tax map number 20404-010-017 located at 79 RGM Drive, Covington Township, PA 18444 from C-2 to M-1, and tax map number 20404-010-014 located at Rt. 330 Yostville Road, changing a portion from R-2 to M-1.  A copy of the proposed Ordinance 2021-01 is available for review at the Covington Township Municipal Building.  All interest parties are invited to attend.

A Public Hearing has been scheduled for Monday, March 22, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. at the Covington Township Municipal Building, 20 Moffat Drive, Covington Township, PA 18444.  The Board of Supervisors will consider for adoption Ordinance 2021-02 granting LERTA status to North Point Development, LLC for it’s proposed development at 79 RGM Drive, Covington Township, PA 18444.  A copy of the ordinance is available for review at the Covington Township Municipal Building.  All interested parties are invited to attend.

The Covington Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing at the Municipal Office, 20 Moffat Drive, Covington Township, PA 18444 at Monday, March 22, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.  The Hearing is being held to consider a Conditional Use Permit at the request of Teresa Tulaney to operate a small bakery business from her home.  The property is identified as tax map number 21202-030-02302 and is located at 58 Hillcrest Drive, Covington Township, PA 18424.  All interested parties are invited to attend.

The Covington Township Board of Auditors will hold their final audit meeting to review the Covington Township 2020 financial audit.  The meeting will be held on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at the Township Office, 20 Moffat Drive, Covington Township, PA 18444.  All interested parties are invited to attend.
