Invitation to Bid

Sealed proposals will be received by Covington Township, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania at the Covington Township Municipal Building, 20 Moffat Drive, Covington Township, PA 18444, care of Melinda Musso, Township Secretary, until 12:00 p.m. on Monday, April 4, 2022, for the purchase of a used single smooth drum vibratory roller.  Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Proposal for Roller”.  Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.

Additional specifications include:
– Not smaller than 66 inches or larger than 84 inches
– Open or closed ROPS
– Minimum of 90 day warranty
– Price to include delivery to Covington Township, PA
– Machine to include service, cleaned and any necessary repairs so machine is ready to go
– Less than 4,000 hours
– Not older than model year 2000
